School Wellbeing Counsellor (part-time, hybrid)
Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a School Wellbeing Counsellor to join our organisation on a part-time basis, up until March 2025 in the first instance.
Working with the wider CYP team, the School Wellbeing Counsellor will have the responsibility for providing high quality therapeutic support to girls and young women in educational settings within educational settings and other venues in South London boroughs. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their application of the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement, and experience of running services for Black and minoritised ethnic women.

Clinical Supervisor (part-time, in-person)
Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor on a part-time basis on a sessional basis.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge within the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement; experience of running services for Black and minoritised ethnic women; and experience of developing teams within a strong values framework. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering high quality clinical supervision to therapists within the Children and Young People’s Counselling department, addressing and monitoring the effectiveness of their therapeutic interventions, whilst promoting health/welling and self-care practices amongst our frontline staff.

Adult Counsellor
Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a highly skilled and passionate professional Adult Counsellor to join our organisation on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge within the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement; experience of running services for Black and minoritised ethnic women; and experience of developing teams within a strong values framework. Additionally the candidate will have demonstrable experience of implementing a range of therapeutic methods and techniques and a commitment to feminist & anti-racist principles, embedding these values into their everyday practice.

CYP Counselling Administrator
Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a CYP Counselling Administrator to join our organisation on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding within the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement; experience of running services for Black and minoritised ethnic women; and experience of developing teams within a strong values framework.
With the increased demands in service, the successful CYP Counselling Administrator will be involved in supporting the smooth running of the CYP Counselling department. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and strong accuracy with working on various databases. In addition, they will be a team player, as you will be part of an administrative team working to support our clients.

The successful Wellbeing and Safeguarding Counsellor will have demonstrable experience of providing therapeutic support for young women and girl, ensuring that safeguarding interventions are client centred, tailored, empowering, collaborative and transparent to protect the interests of individual survivors.

Senior Support Line Manager
As the lead partner for the delivery of the 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line, with Rape Crisis England and Wales, Lincolnshire Rape Crisis & Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Services in Teesside (ARCH), Rape Crisis South London are looking for a collaborative and committed Senior Support Line Manager to lead our Support Line department.
The Senior Support Line Manager will be able to demonstrate their abilities to communicate with internal and external partner organisations and take the lead on governance and operations. Experience with supporting women and girls in a specialist VAWG sector organisation and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures is essential for this role.

Support Line Manager (0.6 FTE, permanent)
We are looking for a Support Line Manager who has a strong track record of managing support line service provision for sexual violence support services.
As one of our Support Line Managers, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they can positively manage a team of Support Line workers through supporting well-being and continuous professional development. You will be able to demonstrate how to deal with escalated queries and provide your team with the skills and knowledge to provide the best service possible whilst collaborating with the wider team to ensure that best practices are upheld.
